Does anyone have any info/pictures of Len Seifert or Mickey Warner in the Revis FIII race car at the 1958 Duryea Hill climb 7/8 June 1958? or a copy/scan of the program?

I recently started to restore this car and am looking for any info on the car and its drivers (are they still with us?) The Revis was a very successful Formula 3 race car in the uk from 1950(when it was rubbish) through to 1954 and was bought and imported to the USA by Pierre Moin who sold the car on to Len and/or Mickey who in turn sold the car on to R Vernon Jones who took the car on out west in 1959/1960.
