Yes, I know him.  I grew up with him.  From Reading, sort of.  He grew up in Wyomissing and graduated from Wyomissing High School.  He was always racing something., big wheels, bikes, and later cars.  When he first started racing, his dad's company, World Electronics funded him.  Later he got Toyota sponsorship and a professional crew, that is when his career really took off.  When I read about his big wing on the front of a toyota, I thought that was pure Rado.  He was always doing and trying bizzare stuff with his cars.  Most of it did not work, but when it did work - man did it work.  Last I knew, he still had a house in the area.  All his family still lives locally.
